RESERVATIONS 

In order to be sure you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To make a booking, you will be asked to confirm with a credit card. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary changes to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policies are provided below.

CANCELLATIONS 

Your skin care visit is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our business’s scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Because our appointment time is limited, we reserve the right to charge for any appointment that is not cancelled prior to the 72 hour notification.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. A credit card will be required to guarantee a reservation upon booking. You will not be billed via email invoice, unless you are more than 15 minutes late, cancel within 72 hours of the appointment or fail to show up for your appointment in its entirety.  Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Our online booking system will not allow you to cancel your appointment within the 72 hour advance notice. You must text and email to guarantee the cancellation of your appointment.

CHECK-IN

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

LATE FEE

If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee.

In addition, a “no show” fee of $150 will be charged if the customer fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service and will be billed via email invoice due immediately upon receipt.

REFUNDS | EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services.
